1. How long does shipping take?
Total delivery time = processing time + shipping time
- Processing Time: 1 business day
- Shipping Time: 2–3 business days
Delivery times do not include customs delays, weekends, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances. For orders to South America and the Russian Federation, shipping may take more than one month.
2. What if the package doesn’t arrive?
If your order has not arrived within 60 days after shipment, please contact us at inquiries@opulentbelts.shop.
We will either resend your order or issue a full refund.
3. What if my parcel is returned to OpulentBelts?
A parcel may be returned for the following reasons:
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping address
- No one available to receive the parcel during delivery attempts
- Recipient unreachable by phone or email
- Parcel not collected from the local post office within the required time
Please double-check your shipping details at checkout and monitor your tracking status regularly to avoid delivery issues.
