Returns & Refunds
At OpulentBelts, customer satisfaction is our priority. Customers have 30 days from the date of receiving their order to request a return.
Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition and packaging. Items that are worn, damaged, altered, or incomplete are not eligible for return.
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted. Before returning any item, please contact us to submit a return request. Once approved, return instructions and the return address will be provided via email.
Return Shipping Costs
- The buyer is responsible for return or exchange shipping costs.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- If free shipping was applied, the corresponding logistics cost will be deducted from the refund.
- Return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount where applicable.
After-Sale Warranty
We provide an after-sale warranty of 30 days from the date the parcel is delivered, according to tracking information.
If a product arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete, please contact us immediately and provide clear photos of the issue. After verification, we will offer a replacement or refund.
Please do not discard the product or its packaging until the issue has been resolved.
Custom & Made-to-Order Items
Items that are custom-made or produced specifically to order are not eligible for return or exchange.
However, we may offer a replacement or refund if the item:
- Arrives damaged or defective
- Is incorrect or missing
- Contains a production or configuration error
- Is materially different from what was ordered
Please note that minor differences in color or appearance due to lighting or screen settings are not considered defects.
Refunds
Proof of purchase is required for all refunds. Please do not send returned items back to the manufacturer.
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email within 1 working day regarding approval or rejection.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you have not received a refund:

- Contact your credit card provider
- Contact your bank for processing updates

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Discounted or sale items are non-refundable.
Cancellations & Exchanges
Order cancellations or changes must be requested within 10 hours of placing the order.
Exchanges are only available for defective or damaged items. Please contact us at inquiries@opulentbelts.shop.
Shipping Returns
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping the tracking number.
OpulentBelts is not responsible for returns lost in transit if shipped without tracking.
For items valued over £75, we recommend using shipping insurance.
