2. Where can OpulentBelts products be worn?

Our belts are designed for versatility and can be worn for business, formal occasions, weddings, casual outings, special events, holidays, and everyday use. They also make a timeless and practical gift.


PAYMENT

1. What payment methods are accepted?

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit & Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Discover)

2. Will I have to pay taxes or duties?

Each country has its own customs regulations. In rare cases, import duties or taxes may be charged by local authorities. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.

3. Can I cancel or change my order?

If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. Once an order has entered processing, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.


SHIPPING

1. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. However, due to shipping restrictions, we currently do not ship to certain regions.

2. How much does shipping cost?

We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders. There are no hidden fees or minimum purchase requirements.

3. How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Total delivery time = processing time + shipping time

  • Processing Time: 1 business day
  • Standard Shipping Time: 2–3 business days

Delivery times may vary due to customs delays, weekends, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Tracking information may take 1–2 business days to become active.

5. What if my package doesn’t arrive?

If your order has not arrived within 60 days after shipping, please contact us. We will either resend the order or issue a full refund.


RETURNS & REFUNDS

How do I return an item?

Customers have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To initiate a return, please contact us before sending anything back.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Proof of purchase is required
  • Gift cards are non-returnable

Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.
